Program Manager III

Job Summary

Driving strategic healthcare transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Program Manager III will manage multiple projects to improve clinical and operational performance, enhance member outcomes, and support regulatory requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance healthcare quality, efficiency, and compliance
• Lead strategic initiatives across various health plan functions, including Care Management and Clinical Operations
• Develop actionable strategies and project plans based on healthcare data and operational findings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of project implementation or program management experience
• Experience within a healthcare payer or managed care organization, with knowledge of Medicaid preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of healthcare payer operations and financial performance
• Project management certification (PMP, PgMP) and/or healthcare-related credentials preferred but not required
