Program Manager III
Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end SSBCI program remotely, the full-time salaried Program Manager III will manage multiple concurrent projects, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure compliance by connecting business operations, data, technology, and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the SSBCI program across various functional areas, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to enhance service levels and operational efficiency
- Manage the full project life cycle, including requirements gathering, project planning, resource management, and execution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of project implementation, product, or program management experience
- Experience in managed care or prescription benefit management preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, D-SNP, or healthcare operations is a plus
- PMP or PgMP certification is preferred
