Program Manager III
Job Summary
Providing technical and lifecycle support for critical U.S. Navy Electromagnetic Warfare systems, the full-time remote Program Manager III will manage large, complex programs while ensuring successful execution through planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide overall planning, direction, leadership, and oversight for major programs and technology initiatives
- Manage multi-year programs consisting of multiple sub-programs, projects, and tasks to meet agency requirements
- Establish and control program budgets, schedules, and performance objectives throughout the program lifecycle
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in program management or related field
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience in managing complex, multi-year programs
- Proven ability to coordinate and negotiate with personnel and stakeholders
- Strong background in logistics, data science, and operations research
