Job Summary
To enhance program efficiency and service levels, the full-time remote Program Manager III will lead the implementation of technology solutions for Care Management, managing multiple projects from design through go-live while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and technology-enabled process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement strategies for project management, including requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment activities
- Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across business and technology teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of project implementation or program management experience
- Experience in managed care or prescription benefit management is preferred
