Program Manager III

Job Summary

To enhance program efficiency and service levels, the full-time remote Program Manager III will lead the implementation of technology solutions for Utilization Management, managing multiple projects from design through go-live while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for efficiency and compliance improvements through technology-enabled process enhancements
• Manage full project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, and user acceptance testing
• Provide leadership and communication of project status to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and resource availability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of project implementation or program management experience
• Experience in managed care or prescription benefit management preferred
• Strong project management and analytical skills with a proven track record of successful enterprise-level project deliveries
• Demonstrated ownership and initiative in driving measurable results
