Job Summary
Leading the execution of enterprise employee recognition programs, the full-time remote Program Manager III, Employee Engagement will oversee program design, implementation, and continuous improvement while managing multiple initiatives and stakeholder communications.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage projects through the full life cycle, including planning, resource management, and execution
- Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of project implementation or program management experience
- Experience with HR technology, vendor management, and data analysis in the Healthcare Industry preferred
