Program Manager III - Provider Operations

Job Summary

To support the transformation of Provider Data Operations, the full-time remote Program Manager III - Provider Operations will manage multiple complex projects, driving initiatives from discovery through implementation while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and service levels while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, resource management, and implementation of Mission Simplify initiatives
• Provide leadership and communicate project status effectively to stakeholders through various reporting methods

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in project implementation, product, or program management
• Experience in managed care or prescription benefit management is preferred
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks
