Program Manager III - Recovery Operations

Job Summary

Leading recoupment claim inventory management and BOT automation monitoring, the full-time remote Program Manager III - Recovery Operations will ensure Payment Integrity processes operate effectively while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for improving service levels and regulatory compliance through enhanced operations
• Manage multiple projects through the full project life cycle, including planning, resource management, and execution
• Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of project implementation or program management experience
• Preferred experience in healthcare recovery operations, payment integrity, or claims operations
• Experience with corporate and industry-standard project management tools and techniques
• Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement
