Program Manager IV

Job Summary

Leading large-scale, cross-functional projects, the full-time remote Program Manager IV will manage program planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives while providing leadership and support to matrixed teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of program planning, management, and execution, including scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate the work of project managers and business analysts to drive large-scale projects across various functional areas
• Create and deliver executive-level communications and dashboards for program updates and risk assessments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience, with a focus on large-scale projects
• Previous supervisory experience managing cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred
