Program Manager IV

Job Summary

To ensure compliance with new regulatory requirements, the full-time remote Program Manager IV will coordinate large-scale projects, manage cross-functional teams, and create executive-level communications while overseeing program planning and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects for implementation or process improvement, managing scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate the work of project managers/business analysts to drive large-scale projects across various operational areas
• Create dashboards and reports for executive updates and ongoing analytics post-project implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required
• Experience managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects and supervisory experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred
