Program Manager IV

Job Summary

Leading large-scale, complex transformation initiatives, the full-time salaried Program Manager IV will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage risks, and collaborate with leaders and vendors to drive successful delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional transformation programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Tracks project progress against timelines and budgets, preparing reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Identifies and manages risks, issues, and dependencies while developing mitigation plans to ensure program success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Technology, Project Management, or a related field
• Seven (7) plus years of progressive Program or Project Management experience with a focus on large-scale initiatives
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience managing external vendors and strategic partnerships
• Proficiency with MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Smartsheet and Tableau is a plus
