Program Manager IV

Job Summary

Leading complex, large-scale enterprise-wide projects, the full-time remote Program Manager IV will manage program planning and execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and create executive-level communications to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of program planning, management, and execution, including scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate the work of project managers and business analysts across various organizational functions
• Create and deliver executive-level dashboards and reports for project status and ongoing analytics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience, with supervisory experience managing cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools
• Healthcare experience and/or managed care experience preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred
