Program Manager IV

Job Summary

Responsible for leading strategic programs and complex enterprise-wide projects, the full-time remote Program Manager IV will manage cross-functional teams, oversee program execution, and create executive-level communications to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale projects, overseeing planning, management, and execution while coordinating with project managers and business analysts
• Create and present executive-level dashboards and reports for project status and ongoing analytics post-implementation
• Proactively manage risks, budgets, and dependencies, serving as the first escalation point for project issues and facilitating resolution

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required, including supervisory experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools required
• Healthcare and/or managed care experience preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred
