Program Manager IV

Job Summary

To support the CSTS National Guard Program, the full-time remote Program Manager IV will manage stakeholder relationships, oversee daily operations and strategic initiatives, and prepare reports for leadership while ensuring alignment with program objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including the National Guard Bureau and project management teams
• Oversee program operations, tracking milestones, mitigating risks, and maintaining standard operating procedures
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and briefs to leadership and staff for decision-making and guidance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business Administration, Public Health, Psychology, Social Work, or Life Sciences
• More than ten years of relevant experience required
• Significant knowledge of family programs and mental health care services required
• Subject matter expertise in National Guard operations and policies preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
