Program Manager IV

Job Summary

Leading large-scale, cross-functional projects, the full-time remote Program Manager IV will oversee strategic program planning and delivery, manage integration initiatives, and create executive-level communications to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, management, and execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Coordinate the work of project managers and analysts across various departments to drive project success
• Develop and present dashboards and reports for executive updates, highlighting project status and analytics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience, including managing cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools
• Experience in healthcare or managed care preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred
