Program Manager IV - GME

Job Summary

To support the Graduate Medical Education department, the full-time salaried Program Manager IV - GME will manage the implementation and maintenance of programs, act as a liaison between the department and external communities, and mentor staff, with a hybrid work schedule requiring in-person attendance one day per week.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities
• Serve as a liaison at all levels of the organization and the outside community
• Guide project management for cross-functional teams within GME, including off-boarding for departing trainees

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Six years of related experience
• A Master's degree in a relevant field may offset one year of the experience requirement
• Related experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Background in Graduate Medical Education or education is preferred
