Job Summary
To support the growth of regional presence and member value, the full-time remote Program Manager, Latin America will execute market strategies, enhance member acquisition and retention, and strengthen engagement with international and student chapters across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile.
Key responsibilities
- Execute regional market development strategies and analyze member needs and competitive landscapes
- Implement targeted initiatives for membership growth and retention, partnering with marketing teams to localize messaging
- Build relationships with universities and industry partners while supporting chapter activation and engagement efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-8 years of experience in program management or international market engagement
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Experience in membership growth and engagement initiatives
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across diverse cultural contexts
