Job Summary
To support the growth of regional presence and member value, the full-time remote Program Manager, Latin America will execute market strategies, enhance member acquisition and retention, and strengthen engagement with international and student chapters across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile.

- Execute regional market development strategies and analyze member needs and local dynamics
- Implement targeted initiatives for membership growth and support retention programs to enhance member value
- Serve as a liaison to international and student chapters, facilitating engagement and programming support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-8 years of experience in program management or international market engagement
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Experience with membership growth and engagement initiatives
- Strong execution skills and ability to manage multiple projects across diverse stakeholders
