Program Manager - Medical Devices

Job Summary

To advance enterprise medical device strategy, the full-time remote IS Program Manager - Enterprise Medical Device Strategy will provide program leadership, strategic coordination, and execution oversight for initiatives within the Clinical Technology Strategy & Delivery pillar, collaborating with senior leadership to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and chartering of enterprise programs and initiatives, establishing frameworks and governance structures
• Coordinate strategic workstreams and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery of initiatives
• Analyze performance insights and support the execution of strategic roadmaps, translating priorities into operational outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in Information Technology and/or the Healthcare Industry
• 6 years of experience with Project Management methodology and complex decision-making structures
• 1 year of relevant portfolio management experience
• Demonstrated experience in professional presentation environments, such as conferences
