Program Manager, Operational Readiness

Job Summary

To support the Data Center Delivery Engineering West Texas Special Projects team, the remote eligible Program Manager, Operational Readiness will lead technology adoption initiatives, manage site due diligence and utility preparation, and oversee Owner's Representative Project Management teams to ensure operational readiness and drive innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technology adoption initiatives across site operations, including the strategic implementation of Revit, drones, AI, and GPS
• Manage comprehensive site due diligence and utility preparation to ensure operational readiness for West Texas Special Projects
• Oversee and guide Owner's Representative Project Management (ORPM) teams, specifically VDC, BIM, and Site Engineers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience in program management, data analysis, or design within a technical, engineering, or construction environment
• Experience conducting site due diligence or managing site utility preparation
• Experience working with site engineers or technical project management teams
• 5 years of experience in program management focused on large-scale construction, infrastructure development, or data center operations (preferred)
