Program Manager, Organizational Effectiveness
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end execution of engagement survey programs, the full-time remote Program Manager, Organizational Effectiveness will design, implement, and improve organizational health diagnostics while partnering with various teams to support strategic talent and culture projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of engagement surveys, including design, rollout, reporting, and action planning
- Consolidate and analyze engagement data to identify trends and track progress on action plans
- Develop and maintain organizational health diagnostics and a change management practice to support operational shifts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, program management, or people analytics
- Proven experience managing engagement survey programs or similar organizational diagnostics
- Familiarity with change management frameworks; certification in Prosci or CCMP is a plus
- Strong program and project management skills with proficiency in analytics and reporting tools
