Job Summary
Experienced in partner enablement, the full-time remote Program Manager, Partner Enablement will own the partner enablement strategy, focusing on onboarding, certification, and content delivery to ensure partners can effectively sell and operate Forward's solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve the Partner Enablement Charter aligned with organizational goals and priorities
- Design and manage partner onboarding and certification curricula across multiple tracks
- Measure and track partner performance metrics, including time to certification and contribution to revenue
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years in Partner or Channel Enablement, with at least 3 years enabling channel partners or MSPs
- Experience in building tiered partner certification programs with hands-on labs and assessments
- Working technical fluency in networking or security to assess content quality
- Proficiency with Salesforce and LMS analytics, with experience in learning platforms like Absorb
- Strong facilitation and executive communication skills, including engagement with partner executives
