Job Summary
To support pricing initiatives, the full-time remote Program Manager - Pricing will lead the annual price increase process, coordinate with various teams for execution, and provide strategic analysis to drive profitability and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the annual price increase process across the organization, ensuring consistency and alignment with market area objectives
- Coordinate with multiple departments to provide technical leadership in the design and execution of pricing strategies
- Conduct strategic business analysis and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement and drive area profitability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant experience
- Five years of relevant work experience in pricing or revenue management
- Experience analyzing financial, statistical, and customer data, preferably in the waste industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teams effectively
- Knowledge of the Annual Price Increase process and its execution
