Program Manager (Procure-to-Pay)
Job Summary
Leading a critical Coupa transformation initiative, the full-time Program Manager (Procure-to-Pay) will assess program status, develop recovery strategies, and manage cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the current state of the Procure-to-Pay program and develop a comprehensive recovery strategy
- Create and execute detailed remediation plans to restore program timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment
- Communicate program status, risks, and progress updates to senior leadership while driving decision-making processes
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in leading large-scale enterprise technology or business transformation programs
- Strong experience with Coupa implementation and Procure-to-Pay processes
- Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders in complex enterprise environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification preferred
