Program Manager, Product

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Program Manager, Product will coordinate cross-functional programs across product development, clinical operations, and regulatory compliance while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives across multiple workstreams
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define objectives, priorities, and success metrics
• Drive program governance through development of timelines, milestones, budgets, and reporting structures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Health Administration, Business, Engineering)
• 8+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 3 years in healthcare, biotechnology, or diagnostic laboratory settings
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs involving complex systems integration
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and healthcare regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft)
