Program Manager, Product Operations

Job Summary

Owning the Issue Management Program, the full-time remote Issues & Program Manager, Product Operations will triage issues, drive root cause analysis, and lead remediation efforts while managing critical product initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and improve processes using automation and AI tooling to enhance efficiency and documentation quality
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Product, Risk, and Engineering teams to resolve issues promptly
• Drive execution of product launches, ensuring readiness across various departments

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology-based project management or product operations within fintech or technology
• Experience in issues management, regulatory compliance, or risk-adjacent projects
• Strong data skills for report interpretation and dashboard creation
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive team alignment
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills
