Program Manager, Product Operations
Job Summary
Owning the Issue Management Program, the full-time remote Issues & Program Manager, Product Operations will triage issues, drive root cause analysis, and lead remediation efforts while managing critical product initiatives across cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and improve processes using automation and AI tooling to enhance efficiency and documentation quality
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Product, Risk, and Engineering teams to resolve issues promptly
- Drive execution of product launches, ensuring readiness across various departments
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology-based project management or product operations within fintech or technology
- Experience in issues management, regulatory compliance, or risk-adjacent projects
- Strong data skills for report interpretation and dashboard creation
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive team alignment
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills
