Program Manager, Product Strategy

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional teams in a remote capacity, the full-time Program Manager, Product Strategy will drive the execution and delivery of new products and go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and resource availability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of program teams, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion of initiatives
• Own program management processes and tools, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance program success
• Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies while motivating teams to achieve strategic objectives

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing complex cross-functional programs, particularly in higher education
• PMP Certification and knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in business and project management tools such as PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and Confluence
