Job Summary
Driving outcomes for large and complex technical operations programs, the full-time salaried Program Manager, Regulatory Compliance will partner with the Regulatory Compliance team to operationalize reporting requirements, manage workflows, and support U.S. and international expansions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps, forecasting, and resource planning for technical operations programs
- Define program KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high-quality outcomes through deployments with a global vendor workforce
- Mentor a high-performing team of Technical Specialists, fostering a quality-first culture in a dynamic environment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, legal, or business discipline
- 10+ years of experience managing complex, tech-enabled operations across cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Experience in Regulatory Compliance or similar domains with the ability to operationalize legal reporting requirements
- Proven ability to manage complex technical operations programs and drive execution
