Program Manager, Research Programs

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of large-scale research programs, the remote Program Manager, Research Programs will take full ownership of program success, ensuring delivery remains predictable and aligned while managing cross-functional teams and client communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the accountable leader for end-to-end program success across multiple large-scale research initiatives
• Identify and track program-level risks, maintaining disciplined change governance and communicating effectively with client stakeholders
• Align cross-functional teams around a unified program view, driving improvements and ensuring operational clarity

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years managing complex, multi-project or multi-program initiatives with significant cross-functional scope
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end delivery accountability for large-scale programs
• Strong planning and roadmapping skills, with the ability to maintain integrated program-level plans
• Proven track record of proactive risk identification, escalation, and mitigation
• Excellent communication skills with senior internal and client stakeholders
