Job Summary

To assist in the management of retail banking construction programs, the full-time remote Program Manager - Retail Banking will coordinate construction projects, ensuring alignment with goals while overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of ATM rollouts, renovations, and new store initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate construction programs to ensure project goals and objectives are met
• Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of retail banking construction projects, ensuring compliance with quality, timeline, and budget requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction program management
• Thorough knowledge of program management methods, forecasting, budgeting, and planning
• Technical skills to read and communicate contract requirements, including construction drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software for analytics and quality assurance
