Job Summary
To support project planning and execution for Amazon's Global Building Design Risk & Recovery organization, the full-time remote Program Manager - Risk Engineering will manage program performance metrics, drive cross-functional collaboration, and optimize workflows while addressing stakeholder challenges across various regions.
Key responsibilities
- Track and report on program performance metrics and lessons learned through various communication channels
- Scope and establish program initiatives to address stakeholder challenges related to risk assessments and technology development
- Facilitate weekly alignment meetings with diverse stakeholders to provide updates on program-specific developments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in complex program management across technical and non-technical teams
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with project management software and AI development tools
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
