Program Manager, SaaS Implementation

Job Summary

Leading the execution of SaaS implementation programs, the full-time remote Program Manager, SaaS Implementation will manage client outcomes, oversee project management from kickoff to go-live, and ensure delivery timelines and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of a portfolio of active SaaS implementations, ensuring commitments on timeline, scope, quality, margin, and go-live readiness are achieved
• Operate in a player/coach capacity by directly leading at least one major customer implementation while coaching and supporting project managers and business analysts
• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for project management execution, reinforcing accountability and consistent delivery practices

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS implementations for insurance or financial services organizations
• Proven success leading complex software implementation programs across cross-functional and multi-vendor teams
• Understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations and technology delivery
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies and modern delivery tools
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, risk management, financial oversight, and operational execution
