Program Manager, Talent Enablement

Job Summary

Owning the execution of talent programs from planning through launch and completion, the full-time remote Program Manager, Talent Enablement will manage project timelines, coordinate stakeholder activities, and drive continuous improvement efforts in a highly matrixed organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned talent programs and projects, managing workback plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Coordinate program rollout activities, including readiness sessions and enablement touchpoints
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to track commitments, resolve blockers, and ensure timely execution

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of project or program management experience
• 3+ years of experience using SharePoint and Power BI for program operations and reporting
• 3+ years of experience developing content and communications for enablement or training purposes
• Experience independently managing projects from planning through launch
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization
