Program Manager, Talent Management
Job Summary
Driving the design and execution of enterprise talent management programs, the full-time Program Manager, Talent Management will oversee performance cycles, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the annual performance cycle, including goal setting and year-end processes
- Coordinate the talent review and succession planning cycles, ensuring logistics and materials are in place
- Administer the Employee Engagement survey program and translate data into actionable insights for organizational improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Management
- Proven experience in designing and deploying talent management programs and processes
- Experience managing projects with significant organizational impact
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM or similar HR technology platforms
