Program Manager, Technical Enablement

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Strategy & Operations Program Manager for Global Technical Enablement, the successful candidate will manage operational processes, drive strategic initiatives, and facilitate cross-team alignment to support the organization's goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm by architecting leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment across teams
• Drive the OKR lifecycle by partnering with leadership to draft, cascade, and track objectives and key results, while mitigating schedule risks
• Oversee financial forecasting and budget tracking for enablement infrastructure, managing vendor relationships and operational tech stack

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or technical program management, supporting senior leaders
• Proven experience managing operational tech stacks and vendor relationships
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple complex tasks and ensure thorough documentation and follow-through
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at a leadership level
