Program Manager, Texas Licensed

Job Summary

To support the financial and commercial aspects of large-scale special projects, the remote-eligible Program Manager, Texas Licensed will manage cost intelligence, execute rate benchmarking, and oversee invoicing processes within the Data Center Delivery Engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive cost intelligence and execute comprehensive rate benchmarking for efficient project delivery
• Lead process development and implement Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) for regional commercial operations
• Manage and oversee the 3-way match and invoicing pre-approval workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience in program management, commercial management, financial operations, or data analytics
• Experience with financial controls and invoicing processes, including 3-way matching and pre-approvals
• 5 years of experience working on large-scale infrastructure, construction, or data center projects (preferred)
• Experience with data analysis and utilizing analytics to drive decision-making (preferred)
