Program Manager - US Defense

Job Summary

Focusing on program execution for US Defense and Federal Group initiatives, the full-time remote Program Manager - US Defense will manage all phases of programs, ensuring alignment with business and financial objectives while overseeing mesh networking solutions and Open RAN technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage DoW and USG programs involving mesh networking solutions and Open RAN based 5G/6G technologies
• Oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance throughout the program lifecycle
• Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to negotiate and track Statements of Work, milestones, and cost variances

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance or currently hold an active SECRET or TOP SECRET clearance
• Experience managing DoW development projects for RF communications or networking applications
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Knowledge of US DoW and Government Project Management practices and Earned Value Management (EVMS)
