Program Manager, Vendor Operations

Job Summary

Owning the recurring vendor catalog publication cycle, the full-time remote Program Manager, Vendor Operations will drive automation of vendor updates, streamline workflows, and ensure accurate delivery of catalog updates through data analysis and technical program management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end monthly vendor catalog publication cycle, including validation and corrective actions for catalog outputs
• Prototype and automate vendor operations using data, APIs, scripting, and AI tools while maintaining a vendor obligation calendar
• Lead vendor release programs and coordinate with Product and Engineering to align platform requirements with vendor specifications

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program, product, or engineering roles within B2B SaaS, cloud, or distribution
• Hands-on experience with managing a recurring catalog, price-list, or production data pipeline
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or equivalent for data analysis and scripting tasks
• Ability to read and assess vendor API documentation and release notes for operational impact
• Experience with Microsoft Partner Center, CSP, or similar platforms is considered an asset
