Program Manager, Virtual PIR
Job Summary
Leading the delivery of the Virtual Program for Initial Resettlement, the full-time Program Manager, Virtual PIR will manage staff, ensure compliance with program guidelines, and achieve client enrollment and employment outcomes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee program goals, client enrollments, and job placements while ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, promoting teamwork and accountability within the program
- Coordinate reporting, compliance, and partnerships with community organizations to enhance program effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in refugee or immigrant-related services
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience in social services or nonprofit sectors preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and database software
