Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team, the full-time Program Manager with Secret Clearance will oversee an Air Force contract, ensuring compliance and performance across multiple task orders while managing staffing, deployment, and quality control in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and maintain a fully staffed Program Management Office, executing the AFCAP Management Plan
• Provide executive oversight of concurrent task orders in CONUS and OCONUS locations, ensuring 24/7 program responsiveness
• Manage Government and customer relationships, delivering timely status updates and risk assessments

Required qualifications

• Current active Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, logistics, program management, or a related field
• 5+ years of program management experience within the last seven years
• Demonstrated expertise in Government appropriations and acquisition processes
• Experience managing multiple task orders valued above $2 million in geographically dispersed locations
