Program Manager with Security Clearance

Job Summary

Supporting an Air Force contract, the full-time Alternate Program Manager with Security Clearance will manage day-to-day operations of the Program Management Office, coordinate multiple task orders across dispersed locations, and ensure compliance with contract requirements while maintaining readiness for urgent mission-response activities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the designated alternate to the Program Manager, exercising delegated authority for contract and task-order matters
• Coordinate with Site Managers, functional leads, and subcontractors to support task-order execution and compliance
• Monitor and report on cost, schedule, staffing, quality, and performance metrics to ensure contract adherence

Required qualifications

• Current active Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, logistics, program management, or a related field
• At least two years of program management experience within the last seven years
• Demonstrated expertise in Government appropriations and acquisition processes
• Experience managing multiple task orders valued above $400,000
