Program Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Owning project and case management across health underwriting products, the fully remote Program Operations Specialist will manage client portfolios from implementation to ongoing service, driving cross-functional coordination and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project and case workflows from intake to end-to-end tracking, ensuring timely completion and prioritization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive follow-through, confirm progress, and resolve blockers effectively
• Develop and maintain standardized reporting on project metrics to provide actionable visibility for teams and leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in service delivery, implementation management, or project coordination
• Proficiency in Jira, Excel, and Salesforce, with the ability to create and manage reports and dashboards
• Experience in a software or SaaS company; insurance industry experience is a plus
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams, translating technical details into business priorities
• Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent workstreams
