Program Performance Analyst

Job Summary

Monitoring and analyzing dealer performance, the remote Program Performance Analyst will review documentation, identify risks, and coordinate dealer evaluations while ensuring accurate communication across teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Document reviews of dealer files to identify risks and manage dealer evaluations for reactivation or termination
• Present recommendations on internal programs and updates to department managers, ensuring all systems reflect accurate account information
• Handle escalated dealer issues and facilitate communication between relevant departments to resolve disputes effectively

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree in business, finance, communication, or a related field, or 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
• Ability to read and interpret various documents and write routine reports
• Experience in effectively communicating with groups and managing detailed instructions
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
