Program Project Assistant
Job Summary
Supporting the development and commercialization of IVD products, the full-time Program Project Assistant will work closely with program managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate planning, communication, and execution of complex projects while maintaining program resources and data.
Key responsibilities
- Assist program managers with planning, coordination, and follow-up for cross-functional programs related to lab readiness and IVD development
- Develop and maintain PMO resources, schedules, and tools to facilitate effective program operations
- Collect, organize, and analyze project data, preparing reports and dashboards to support decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, science, engineering, or a related field
- Zero to two years of project or program coordination experience, preferably in life sciences or diagnostics
- Familiarity with regulated product development and medical device or IVD requirements
- Exposure to project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365
- Experience using AI tools in a program/project management setting is a plus
