Program Services Specialist

Job Summary

Assisting military providers with technical support for DoD/Military programs, the full-time remote Program Services Specialist will provide exemplary customer service, manage fee assistance applications, and maintain databases for child care providers.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the principal liaison for providers requesting fee assistance, ensuring exceptional support in navigating program policies
• Conduct state child care licensing reviews and manage cases to complete provider reviews within established guidelines
• Educate military families and providers about early childhood development and maintain accurate client information in databases

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood development, education, social work, or psychology, or an associate's degree with relevant experience
• Proven experience providing customer service to diverse populations, with conflict resolution experience preferred
• Experience in social services, human services, or child development settings, including case management
• Familiarity with computerized database functions and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Background in early childhood education or the military, and fluency in Spanish are a plus
