Job Summary
To support the Center of Innovation for Behavioral Health and Wellbeing, the full-time Program Specialist Senior will design and develop youth development programs while serving as the primary representative for youth-focused programming, working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop youth development programs for the Center of Innovation
- Serve as the primary representative for youth and young adult programming with community partners
- Implement training and program support to strengthen behavioral health systems
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in program development and implementation
- Knowledge of behavioral health and child and family services
- Ability to collaborate with external community partners
- Experience working with youth and young adults
