Job Summary
Supporting the Public Sector organization, the full-time Program Support with Security Clearance will coordinate priorities, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency across core business units while representing NVIDIA to US government officials in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct program support to Public Sector leadership by tracking key initiatives and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Focus on process improvement to optimize workflows and align them with organizational goals
- Coordinate cross-functional tasking and maintain clear priorities in fast-paced environments
Required qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and a security clearance are mandatory
- 8+ years of experience, including 4+ years in GovCon environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to prepare briefing materials, status reports, and executive dashboards for decision-making
- Experience in organizing and documenting key meetings, decisions, and action items
