Project Accountant

Job Summary

Working remotely or locally, the full-time Project Accountant will manage project master data, generate invoices, and collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance using Deltek Vantagepoint.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain project master data within Deltek Vantagepoint to ensure audit compliance
• Generate weekly invoice drafts and collaborate with project managers to produce timely invoices
• Conduct monthly accounts receivable meetings and provide financial reports on projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication across all levels of the company
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
