Job Summary
Supporting a dynamic team remotely, the full-time Project Analyst will manage project schedules, budgets, and reporting for various facilities and projects while ensuring accurate tracking of progress and risks.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate project schedules, budgets, and status reporting across multiple projects
- Track project progress against baseline schedules and budgets, identifying variances and potential risks
- Compile and analyze data to support program reporting requirements and prepare project tracking tools and dashboards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project controls, project coordination, or project analysis
- Working knowledge of project scheduling, budget tracking, and reporting methods and tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile, interpret, and present data
- Proficiency in scheduling (MS Project), word processing (Word), and spreadsheet (Excel) applications
