Project Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting impactful veterans' employment initiatives, the full-time remote Project Analyst will analyze program performance data, develop policy recommendations, and communicate technical guidance to stakeholders while working Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Rigorously analyze data and create visualizations that support findings and recommendations
- Lead client-facing meetings to clarify data requirements and translate stakeholder feedback into actionable solutions
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of data products to understand and enhance data integrity and usability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of five years of experience with data gathering systems, technical assistance, data preparation, and analysis
- At least three years of experience creating and maintaining Tableau or Power BI dashboards/maps
- Ability to undergo and pass a minimum background investigation through the U.S. Department of Labor
- Experience interpreting data and identifying trends and patterns in datasets
